The Origins Behind the Soulrock

One Season is Soulrock, a unique sound and feeling built on a foundation steeped in blues rock, alternative rock, and classic rock and consisting of a structure decorated with elements of soul and pop. Contributing to this sound is a blend of dynamic lead vocals and guitar by Chris Harris, frenetic performances by bassist Scott Tooredman, unwavering pulses set by drummer Chris Close, and the smooth lead dished out by Alex Lemon. A One Season performance is a rousing experience that leaves crowds chanting for one more song at the end of their sets. One Season has recorded two EP's As Bad As It Gets in 2011 and Man on a Mission in 2014 and a cover of Straight Up in 2016. The band recently has completed its first full-length album entitled Red Frontier and released it on May 7, 2021.
